Chat GPT and connecting system of PDFs, Notes, Pictures

Hello everyone would appreciate any help I can get. I’ve been building a brand inside my Google and my Notes on my phone. Over the last few weeks I’ve been seeing how Chat GPT system remembers key documents for the chat and how it recalls information. I want to upload a lot of data inside chat GPT and I plan to make a hierarchy of these documents so it can keep in mind what is most important so when I ask for captions or any text ideas it will scan every document I’ve given it. I have organized my Chat GPT where I have multiple chats dedicated to certain things so it won’t get confused.

Is Poppy AI my answer? How can I have Chat GPT remember all this information each time I’m brainstorming? Thank you!
