AI to help with cutting up podcasts?

Hey all. I am wondering if there is an AI tool out there that can help me cut up my long-form podcasts? Currently I do this myself manually, but it is a lot of work and effort. I am hoping for an AI tool that can take the main topic of discussion and cut it up into a small audio file for me to use in the future. For example, one of my guests talk about mental strength. And the audio clip, I have would be Alastair macaw on mental strength. It would be around 2 to 5 minutes long. It is then a great shareable bit of content. Any thoughts?
