I trained my first chatbot last night on a topic I have been studying and implementing over the past few weeks: A2P 10DLC Compliance for SMS marketing campaigns in the US. A2P is Application to Person and 10DLC is 10 Digit Long Code.(SMS capable tracking number)
I embedded the Q&A chatbot window on a funnel page in GHL and put instructions about how to join my list by SMS to get additional training videos that are in the Membership area.
I notice there are lead capture fields in the chatbot configuration, but that does not help me manage the mandatory SMS Opt-in requirement, so I do that with workflows and the CRM.
