I have fitted out 3 groups n joined them into one. Craft as therapy Mindful challenges and rituals Fitness challenges They are all part of one main group as a whole of getting better through self empowerment, with therapy at home with this group here to support. You can see . There has been a gap from when I opened this group to now… Life has thrown a lot my way. From all the content I have submitted as a therapist- I feel just needed to shift because of everything that I’m going through to include that story in a relevance just completely different. With an approach that in new n raw n will or will not b others cup of tea … listen n see … let me know xxxx

Some info on this page ..
I recently for a while .. felt so messy with my mental health that I used craft as therapy - it helped tremendously to be honest - it helped me get up out of bed when i felt so down, it helped me to calm my mind and eventually crafting weaved its way into my heart again ... so ... here we are... me wanting to share some simple ways in which you can do this as well. Ive put together a little bit of information for you to look through and give you a basis for you to take and explore some ideas as well. I hope you enjoy the info i have put out at the moment and as times moves on - Id love your feedback in how i can expand ... i have a lot to add and will do so ... always happy to discuss ideas in what you would love me to expand on.
