Some info on this page ..
I recently for a while .. felt so messy with my mental health that I used craft as therapy - it helped tremendously to be honest - it helped me get up out of bed when i felt so down, it helped me to calm my mind and eventually crafting weaved its way into my heart again ... so ... here we are... me wanting to share some simple ways in which you can do this as well. Ive put together a little bit of information for you to look through and give you a basis for you to take and explore some ideas as well. I hope you enjoy the info i have put out at the moment and as times moves on - Id love your feedback in how i can expand ... i have a lot to add and will do so ... always happy to discuss ideas in what you would love me to expand on.
