A somewhat heavy group to allow space to rise from all the sht that wasn’t in anyway our fault that sits upon our shoulders that we ever so calmly in the nicest n most gentle way possible tell the drama to F off.
Oh and work that sht out with some cardio. - albeit tears that may b there … the point is- in all ways . To challenge ourselves to b the best most beautiful version of ourselves.
