We are all blessed to be alive!
In life, there are truly moments that awaken you to what is really important. On one hand, we had a devasting Fire a couple days ago. We are EXTREMELY lucky. I have a big practice in a large home in the Netherlands (you hear me speaking Dutch in the video) At 3am, the police woke us up... There was a FIRE in the back of our practice.. . One of the fireman is a patient of mine, so he knew the building and it was put out quickly. 5 more minutes, and we would have lost the building. BUT, nobody was hurts. We are all okay, and I have great insurance so that isn't an issue. In truth... this is really a BLESSING. Our neighbor happen to have her window open. She got up, saw the fire, and alerted everyone. SHE IS A HERO!! And we are lucky to be alive. My amazing partner, Kaiyann Isa, says this is the summer of the Chinese Fire Horse... A time of rebirth. I love this perspective. Her practice is basically destroyed. We are finding a new space for her and the other amazing practioncers at our location that suddenly have no place to treat their clients... All will be well, eventually. The fire started spontaneously in the dryer. It was not even on. You can look at this like we are cursed... But we do not. With all things, there is balance. With every light, there attracts a balancing darkness. It all evens out. Here, we ARE BLESSED. Nobody was hurt... and if the fire burned a bit more, we would have lost our home. We feel this will create an amazing new start... and we are FOR IT! Lemons into lemonade! I feel personally DEEPLE grateful. And am MASSIVELY touched by all the gratitude and concern and care from everyone. I'm SO BLESSED and lucky... and can feel that. You guys here all understand how the suddenly your life really comes into PERSPECTIVE. What REALLY matters... as opposed to what we often stress about.

Great news
Hi Team, I got some fabulous news. PET scan and Natera blood work both says cancer is gone. Plan going forward is to keep getting Jemperli Immunotherapy every 6 weeks for the rest of my life. I am also continuing with Febendazole and Ivermectin,

MRI results - near complete response
Hi fellow warriors! ✨ Just a quick update on my journey. I took an integrative approach to my last protocol, combining radiation with fasting, HBOT, repurposed drugs, RLT, and a GKI-friendly meals. I’m happy to share that I’ve achieved a “near complete” treatment response. This result surprised my oncology team, especially since I opted out of standard “Total Neoadjuvant Therapy” (avoiding Oxaliplatin). Because there’s still some scar tissue and inflammation, I’ll need a sigmoidoscopy to see how much of Shrimpy Boy is actually left (if any). My radiation oncologist and I are hoping it’s actually inflammation of surrounding tissues. 🤞 Now I’m moving into a “watch and wait” phase, supported by my oncologist’s knowledge that radiation’s impact can continue to work on tumour cells for months, especially when supported by metabolic therapy. I’m staying patient and vigilant, hoping that this is either a full response or one that will become “complete” very soon. Part of me just wants to fast the shit out anything left, but with knowledge that autophagy can also be weaponised by cancer cells, I’ve decided against this. Best of all I’ve avoided the “near certain” side effects of pelvic radiation—no burns, no bowel issues, and my fertility is intact. I know this might not last forever and I’d be delusionally optimistic to not expect late-onset side side effects. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll stay away from antioxidants due to the “antioxidant paradox”, which ultimately led to my decision to pause some of my supplements and not take Vitamins C, A, E, and CoQ10 during the seven weeks of radiation. Because they act as free-radical scavengers, reintroducing them can risk lowering ROS within the cancer cells, inadvertently shielding Shrimpy Boy from continuous DNA damage over time. I acknowledge that not everyone agrees with pausing antioxidants and that the data remains highly conflicting. Ultimately, this was a decision made strictly for my own peace of mind, rather than an assertion of personal expertise (and is NOT medical advice).

The Ironclad Season of Action
Hey Warriors! I asked Bernando if I would post about our upcoming Ironclad Group: The Ironclad Season of Action. This is our 10th season! We have been helping people adapt the "Ironclad" lifestyle for close to a decade now. It is a great supportive program for the man or woman who struggles with eating "right" for Cancer. We have had really great results with Cancer patients. This is because we know that all of us have cancer cells in us, all the time. We say it's like a wild-fire that needs to be kept under control. So we, as a group, go into a style of ketogenic eating and help activate deep healing with prescriptive meditative practices. I'm working with a Cancer house here in the Netherlands to help support more cancer patients. What we do is supportive of the things you are already doing and helps most forms of cancer treatment to work better. IMPORTANT: Every case is different. What I'm happy to do is offer a bit of my time to speak with you about your situation, for free. Simply let me know if you are interested and we hop on a quick call. On the call I will explore what you are doing, your situation, and see what I can offer to help. This is not about getting you to join Ironclad. It is simply about how I can help you in the situation you are in. Let me know if you are interested and keep up the healing!!
