And many feel that it's much harder for heavier athletes (+75kg) to learn skills like the front lever and planche.
That's why I want to start focusing on teaching these skills—they're not only incredible to learn, but they also build insane strength for other exercises like weighted pull-ups and dips.
As one of the heaviest calisthenics athletes competing in statics and freestyle, I've developed a strength system that should work for anyone over 75kg. For example, I can do over 10 reps with 100kg and over 12 reps with 50kg pull-ups, all without specifically focusing on those exercises.
This is why I'm introducing the Heavyweight Front Lever System. If enough people who are over 75kg interested in learning this skill, I'll create the best front lever introduction for the free community.
