I am 68 yrs old, have a small gym at home. I had a supraspinatus tendon partial tear 6 mm 3 years ago. After regular physiotherapy sessions the tear has reduced to 1 mm. It's healing.✊. Started working out again now
I am doing all the exercises Keith is guiding through his videos. He always warns us about shoulders. Like that.
My question:
Can I use resistance bands for internal and external rotation excercise for shoulders ?
