Most guys are moving weight, not building muscle. There's a difference. At our age, the ego needs to stay out of the gym - because if you can't actually feel the muscle working, you're just going through the motions. I built more in my 50s than my 30s once I stopped chasing numbers and started feeling every rep. Next time you're doing a curl, I want you to genuinely ask yourself: did I feel my bicep do that, or did I just move the weight from A to B?
