New to group & have already learned new ways of working out. I’m 56, been actively working out 3-4days a week at my local gym since April of 2025.
Never really cared for “working out” before although allways have been very active. Since though I have really come to enjoy it very much.
Following Kieth has been a real help with seeing results without hurting myself.
