No understanding of working out
Hi new here I'll be 52 in March never have or any knowledge of working out!I had a serious accident to my legs where all my muscle broke down,I'm looking for ways to gain muscle/strength back in my legs and build muscle mass think it's called gains in my arms and to do it the safest way possible without injury?Thankyou!
