On October 2 of this year I committed to eliminating sugar from my diet, also not eating all the things I know I should not eat. Pizza, junk food etc. My weight dropped from 193 to 179. I am 6’1”and 70 years old. Feel great and following Keith’s advice of low weight and higher reps and more sets.
