I am three years and two months from deciding to change my life when I hit 372 and a 54 inch waist pushing a 5x shirt. My Gen Practictioner suggested I try three things: 1. Eat anything I want except foods that end with O (Oreo, Nabisco, doreto, nacho, taco, frieto…). 2. Don’t drink your calories. 3. Walk ( 1 block, 2 blocks, 1/2 mile, pick up the pace…) This was a mind shift for me, I dropped 25 lbs in 3 months, was referred for a gastric sleeve, was down to 325 day of surgery (7 months later) and have leveled off at 215ish ( 34/35 waist and Lg/xl) shirt. This channel has helped to ground me with my strength training routine with my trainer at the gym. Thank You Paul
