@Matthew Carrier completely agree, I often start my warm up at the gym by walking around 5 or six times taking long strides and opening up some. While doing that, I watch the ego lifters jerking their bodies around and doing the exercises incorrectly and just smile. When I am ready after my full warm up, I do my session my way controlling and feeling the burn where it should be felt.

Supersets
Hey guys. I was watching Keith do supersets for his chest. I really like that routine, I am going to start doing that. I just bought a pair of 20lb dumbbells

@Jim Clarke I work from home and have a set of good adjustable dumbbells in my office. I grab one or both when someone begins to yammer-on in a meeting. I like doing dumbbell work. Looking for a way to get a Lat Pulldown with dumbbells.

Hot sauna
Thoughts on use of the sauna. Just recently started at 60 including sauna and it has been a game changer.

I do a dry sauna multiple times per week. I fill my 24oz water bottle up before going in and complete it before I leave. I also use a Red-Light theropy room at my gym.
