Your videos are RIGHT ON THE MONEY for those with a high accumulation of trips around the sun. I`m sure there are a lot of ex-gym rats like me that`s had to learn the hard way we`re too beat up (from those days) to be squatting and bench pressing small buildings without hobbling and whimpering the next day. Start easy and light, build up gradually, and if it hurts, or makes crunchy sounds, stop doing that, or use lighter weights. More reps, more sets, less weight gets you the pump just the same. At 77 I`m not trying to get an Austrian accent...that ship has sailed..lol
