I like your routines using light weights with four to six sets with 12 to 16 reps. I am not gaining weight, however; I am getting more ripped and getting stronger. I am in my 48th year of law enforcement and weight training is unquestionably a stress relief. Keep the videos and tips coming. What do you do for cardio?
