Weight in: 162lbs Definitely not the weight I want to be at. But figuring out the carbs & proteins have been the struggle - hopefully will get dialed in within the month.

This is the best way to be kept accountable and make sure we're moving in the right direction. It's rough to do but I challenge all of you to post your weekly/biweekly progress here.
