3/9/2026 Check in
Weight in: 162lbs Definitely not the weight I want to be at. But figuring out the carbs & proteins have been the struggle - hopefully will get dialed in within the month.

Community! Need your input!
Hey guys! First off I would like to welcome everyone including the newcomers, we are slowly but surely building. I hope everyone is off to a good start this week. Let's get motivated to start! I want to see some uploads here! Don't be shy! let's get started on progress! What I need your input on -> I'm considering going live 1 night a week for the community to cover a couple topics to help and give some pep/hype talks. Question: When would be a good night for this? Sunday to start the week? Friday to finish off the week and go into the weekend strong? You guys help pick! Also, let me know what would you'd like to cover or how! Here's to a great week! -Coach Will

Awesome thanks for the input guys! I’m gonna do a live feed tonight just to test the waters and see how this function really works for us. I’m going to still let people chime in on preference for days but looks like Monday will work for me too.
Stop being hard on yourself!
You work hard, you've proven that. You do what it takes to get the job done. You also care about doing a good job. You rightfully take pride in putting your name on a job done WELL. That's why it's also so easy to be too hard on yourself. You can beat yourself up over not going to the gym or not eating 100% like you said you would. When it's ok to not be 100% at this. It's effort and intent that matters, and as long as you keep applying that, you're doing great. Progress beats perfection every time. Focus on what you can do, plan to work on what's difficult, give yourself some grace and know that the results are coming. Instead of trying to master it all at once, pick one or two things to get better at each week. Weeks 1-2 we talk about working on what was difficult prior, only because I know no one gets started 100% right off the bat in the first 2 weeks, it takes building, planning and some training. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP!! I'm here to try to help in everyway I can. Hope this was useful guys. Have a great week!

Need a Little Help From Friends?
What's something that you all struggle with when it comes to your fitness journey? Is it nutrition? Is it consistency? Or maybe something like not knowing how to structure your workouts? I know something that I struggle with still, even after 4 years of lifting, is knowing that growth is happening, even if I'm not seeing it right away. Sometimes it's hard to see your "gains" when you're looking at yourself everyday in the mirror. It's easy to forget that how your body and your mind FEEL should play a big role in your goals as well, not just how you're looking. So here's a reminder for myself, and all of you, feel proud about your hard work, keep pushing yourself on those hard days, and your self perception in the mirror WILL change for better.
