Identity Challenge - Day 1
Today started with the hardest pillar. Not the body. Not the business. Identity..... Because everything else you are trying to build - the income, the marriage, the leadership, the standard - is downstream from who you believe you are right now. Most men are operating as an older version of themselves. A version they built under pressure, under survival, under circumstances that no longer exist. And they are wondering why the results feel like they have a ceiling. The ceiling is the identity.. Today the challenge is simple but it will take more honesty than most men are comfortable with. Write out the version of yourself you are committed to becoming. Not who you want to be someday. Who you are deciding to be right now. Today. The man who holds the standard even when it is inconvenient. The man your wife and your kids and your team actually need. The man your income should reflect. Write that man down. Get specific. Not aspirational language. A declaration. One sentence. The most important one. The one that would change everything if you actually lived up to it. Day 2 drops tomorrow.
Identity Challenge - Day 1
Silent... but on purpose
Four days of silence on this feed. No updates. No highlights. No behind the scenes content. No posts. There was a reason for that. This past week two things happened in Scottsdale that I posted on my instagram. The Brotherhood gathered. And we ran Build the Man Live with a room full of men who flew in from across the country to do work that does not happen on a Zoom call. Both rooms went deep. Both rooms got quiet. That is what happens when the work is real. The men who were in those rooms are not the same men who walked in. I watched it happen in real time. Bodies in the room, decisions made out loud, identities shifted in a single weekend. That is not something I can describe in a post and do it justice. What I can tell you is this... If you noticed the silence and wondered what was happening, that instinct is worth paying attention to. The men who felt something when the feed went dark are usually the same men who know they are ready for a different level. The next event is coming. I do not have a date posted yet. But the men who are serious about being in that room need to start that conversation now because the last one filled before most people realized it was happening. If that is you, two options. If you want to know about the next event. Book a call and let us have a real conversation about where you are and what the right next step looks like: api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/bookings/btm-discovery-call-rr Day 1 of this week's challenge also dropped this morning. If you have not posted your answer yet, go do that now. Both things matter. The challenge is where the daily standard gets built. The conversation is where everything else changes. What did you notice when this feed went quiet?
Silent... but on purpose
MORNING / CHALLENGE LAUNCH
New week. New standard. The live event is done. The room was fired up. The conversations were real. And now the work begins. That is what separates the men who attend from the men who transform. What you do the Monday after is everything. This week we run the 7 Day Challenge and we are starting today. Every single day this week I am dropping a challenge in this tab. It will touch your body, your business, or your mind. Sometimes all three. You do not get to pick and choose. You do not get to skip Tuesday because your schedule is heavy. That is exactly when the challenge matters most. Show up every day. Post your work in the chat. Hold the standard. Day one drops now. Who is in. Drop a number 1 in the comments and let your brothers see you commit.
MORNING / CHALLENGE LAUNCH
Monday. April 14.
This is not a normal week. Tuesday we are on the webinar together. Wednesday we are on the call. Thursday through Sunday people from all over join us for the in person event including my Brotherhood gathers in person. That means this week has weight. It has meaning. And it demands that you show up differently than you did last Monday. Most men drift into their weeks. They react. They respond. They survive the calendar instead of owning it. Not here. The Standard is not something you reach once. It is something you choose every single morning. Today is that choice. Before this week runs you, you are going to run it. I want one thing from you right now. Drop it in the comments. One commitment. Not a list. Not a goal board. One thing that if you execute it this week, you will feel it in your body, your business, or your marriage by Sunday. One thing. Non negotiable. No excuses accepted. I will be here all week. So will your brothers. Let us get to work. Drop your commitment below.
Monday. April 14.
Last day
You made it through the first week. Now I want you to stop for a minute before you move on to the next thing. That is what most men do. They finish something and immediately look forward without ever looking at what just happened. Do not do that today. This week was not about the workouts. It was not about the steps or the meals or the sleep. Those were the vehicle. What this week was actually about is whether you show up when you said you would. That is the only question that matters at the end of Week 1. Not how perfect your nutrition was. Not how many sessions you hit. Whether the man who made a commitment on Day 1 is the same man who finished on Day 7. Because that gap, between the man who commits and the man who follows through, that is where your standard lives or dies. Some of you had a perfect week. Good. Now you know what you are capable of when you decide to hold the line. Some of you missed days. Good. Now you know exactly where the weak point is. That is information. Use it. Week 2 starts tomorrow and it does not care about Week 1. But I do. Before you close this app, drop your result in the comments below. Tell me what you hit, what you missed, and what this week showed you about yourself. Not a highlight reel. The truth. That is what we do here.
