Day 4.
Three days in. You have looked at your marriage. Your business. Your body. Today we go after the thing that controls all three. Your morning. Not as a productivity hack. Not as a routine optimization. As a standard. Because how a man starts his day is the most honest picture of who he actually is when no one is watching and nothing is forcing him. Most men in this community are running companies. Making real money. Managing real teams. And they wake up reactive. Phone first. Email first. Everyone else's agenda first. Before they have done a single thing for themselves, they have already given the most important hours of the day to people and problems that will still be there in 90 minutes. That is not a schedule problem. That is a standard problem. The version of you that leads a team well, shows up present at home, and makes clear decisions all day long is built before 7am. Not in the meeting. Not in the gym later if you get to it. Not after the kids are in bed. Before the world gets to you. I have not missed a morning standard in years. Not because I am disciplined by nature. Because I decided that the man I am building does not hand his best hours to anyone else before he has invested them in himself. Here is your Day 4 challenge. Write down exactly what your morning looked like today. Not what you want it to look like. What it actually looked like from the moment you opened your eyes. Then write down what the morning of the man you declared on Day 1 looks like. Post both in the comments. The gap between those two answers is exactly where the work lives right now. Day 5 drops tomorrow.

@Pähkinä Katainen Maybe get some physical activity to clear your mind or spiritual input? I like to walk and pray as it clears my mind....but you have time use it well.

I have learned & really helps not to beat myself up but be an observer noting what happened-What was the roadblock? Using my tools-prayer, meditation placing my intention clear & refocus. I am working on this stuff as well!
Day 3.
Day 1 you looked at the people at home. Day 2 you looked at the decision inside your business you have been avoiding. Today we go somewhere most men refuse to look honestly. The mirror. Not the one on the wall. The one that shows you what your daily habits are actually producing. Your body right now is not a fitness problem. It is a data problem. It is the most accurate report card you have on the standard you are actually holding versus the standard you say you hold. Every contractor, founder, and operator I have worked with can tell me exactly what their revenue was last quarter. They can name their best client. They can describe what they want to build in the next five years. And almost none of them can honestly describe what they did for their physical health yesterday. That gap is not about time. Men who cannot find 30 minutes to move their body are finding 45 minutes to scroll. That is not a schedule problem. That is an identity problem. The man you wrote down on Day 1 of this challenge. Does his body reflect his standard right now. Not eventually. Right now. Today the challenge is simple and non-negotiable. You move your body today. Whatever you have access to. Whatever time you have. You do not negotiate with yourself about whether today is a good day for it. And before you do it, I want you to answer one question in the comments. When you walk past a mirror right now, does what you see match who you say you are. One honest sentence. No performance. Just the truth.

Introduction
Hi Guys My name is Glenn and I am 64 y.o. I am widowed after 26 years of marriage to a wonderful woman in 2020. I am looking to be the best version of myself preparing for a new relationship. I am vegan (healthy) which has helped me in fighting arthritis and upping my T levels. I am working toward greater focus in my life with the challenge of fighting Adhd. I love to workout and cycle on trails when the weather is good. I am hoping to learn focus, presence and look forward to connecting with others to learn and grow.

DAY 1 CHALLENGE - MARRIAGE AND FAMILY
Day 1. Most men in this community are elite operators. They solve complex problems before 9am. They manage teams, close deals, and carry the weight of entire businesses on their backs. And they go home and give their wife and kids whatever is left over. That ends today. Here is your Day 1 challenge. Tonight you are going to sit down with your wife or your kids or both and you are going to be fully present for 30 minutes. Phone face down. Laptop closed. No half attention. No half presence. You look them in the eye. You ask real questions. You listen without solving. That is it. But before you do it, I want you to write one sentence in the comments right now answering this question. When was the last time the people at home got your best instead of your leftovers. Be honest. Your brothers are watching and this community does not do performance. It does truth. Post your answer now. Do the work tonight. Come back tomorrow and post that you did it. Day 2 drops tomorrow morning. Get to work.

Hey Jason, Love the post I encourage Men to do this as well. I did this for 26 years but my wife passed in 2020 so I am actually looking for the right woman to come along side me. This was a key to my marriage being successful!! So obviously will not be able to do this yet.... 🙏Wishing all the Men here sucess with this exercise/discipline to become apart of who they are showing up strong!💪

@Travis Oneill I believe awareness is the key and since you are aware you are going to find the strength to show up better. One thing for me in the past was to use my drive time to prepare me for coming home and it really helped me to have a better head space...putting on music or a podcast or singing whatever you need to do to decompress from the day. Wishing you great success!
DAY 3 - THE BODY IS NOT SEPARATE
You have looked at the standard you hold for yourself. You have looked at the man you are in your business. Today we are going after the body, and I want to be clear about something before you start. This is not about aesthetics. This is not about having a six pack or hitting a number on a scale. This is about what your body says about how you operate. The way a man takes care of his physical self is a direct reflection of the standard he holds in every other area. If you are cutting corners in the gym, eating whatever is convenient, not sleeping, not recovering, that same energy is showing up in your business and in your relationships whether you see it or not. The body is not separate from the work. It is part of the work. Today’s challenge is simple. I want you to do something physical that is harder than what you did yesterday. Not necessarily longer. Harder. Push past the point where your mind told you to stop and then keep going for two more minutes. After you finish, write down one thing your body is telling you that you have been ignoring. Post it below. Day 3 belongs to the men who show up even when they do not feel like it.

We have to break the mold for men of age it's not so much age as it's time of not using what we have. However, we do train differently now. Trying Hmb along with Creatine. I do not want to harm my testicles through TRT. I was able this year to raise my T levels 105 points just not drinking out of plastic water bottles and using either glass/stainless steel. Also ditching polyester underwear for bamboo or cotton. As polyester raises estrogen See proof of my test not bad for natural at 64 also I don't ingest chemicals castration products in foods!
