Day 1 - The Body Does Not Lie
Your body is the most visible proof of your standard right now. Not your goals. Not your intentions. Not what you are planning to do next month. What your body looks like and how it feels today is the result of every decision you have made up to this point. That is not a judgment. That is just how it works. Today the practice is simple. Look at your body honestly and score your physical standard right now from 1 to 10. Not the number you want... The real number. Then do one thing today that moves that number in the right direction. Train. Eat clean. Sleep on time. Pick the one that matters most for you today and go do it. Tonight come back here and post two things. Your honest score and what you did about it.

8 - 24 hr fast, 50 strict pull-ups and 12,600 steps. Broke my fast with force of nature ground bison, eggs, kimchi and avocado.

Each week focuses on one of the five pillars - body, identity, business, relationships, and daily standard. Seven days. One practice per day. You show up, you do the work, you post that you did it. Week 1 is about the body. Not because the body is the most important pillar. Because it is the most visible one. How you treat your body right now is a direct reflection of the standard you are holding everywhere else. We start here because you cannot hide it and you cannot fake it. THE MORNING STANDARD
Yesterday you made one decision. Today you protect the most important hour of your day. Wake up before the business wakes up. Before the phone. Before the notifications. Before anyone needs anything from you. 30 minutes. Move your body first. Do not look at your phone until you have done something for yourself. Most men give the best hours of their day to everyone else and run on whatever is left. That is not a standard. That is a habit you built without realizing it. The way you start the day is the standard that runs the rest of it. Tonight come back here and post one word describing how your morning went. That is it. One word. Go.

I am giving you the weekend to prepare!
Starting Monday we are running the 7-Day Standard Reset Challenge. Every Monday this month a new seven day challenge drops. Each one is built around one of the five pillars- your body, your identity, your business, your relationships, and your daily standard. This is not a fitness challenge. This is not a motivation exercise. This is a standard-setting exercise. Seven days. One practice per day. You show up, you do it, you post that you did it. That is it. Here is what I need from you this weekend. One - look at your schedule for next week and decide right now that you are committing to all seven days. Not six. Not five when you feel like it. Seven. Two - think about the one area of your life that is most out of alignment right now. That is your focus for this challenge. ONE DECISION
Today you make one physical decision that the old version of you would have skipped. One workout. One meal. One early wake-up. One cold shower. Pick one thing and hold it. Do not overthink it. Do not wait until tomorrow. Pick the one thing right now and go do it. Tonight come back here and post what you did. One sentence. That is accountability. The man you are becoming is not built by a plan. He is built by the decisions he makes when nothing is forcing him to. Go.

I was only at 6,500 steps around 7 PM tonight and not hitting at least 10K per day is non-negotiable...finished at 10,337. I appreciate you Jason!
