You made it through the first week.
Now I want you to stop for a minute before you move on to the next thing. That is what most men do.
They finish something and immediately look forward without ever looking at what just happened.
Do not do that today.
This week was not about the workouts. It was not about the steps or the meals or the sleep. Those were the vehicle.
What this week was actually about is whether you show up when you said you would. That is the only question that matters at the end of Week 1. Not how perfect your nutrition was. Not how many sessions you hit. Whether the man who made a commitment on Day 1 is the same man who finished on Day 7.
Because that gap, between the man who commits and the man who follows through, that is where your standard lives or dies. Some of you had a perfect week. Good. Now you know what you are capable of when you decide to hold the line. Some of you missed days. Good. Now you know exactly where the weak point is. That is information. Use it. Week 2 starts tomorrow and it does not care about Week 1.
