Hey everyone, my name is Rutger and I'm a recovering Nice Guy.. 😉 I've been a physiotherapist and yoga teacher for many years, and a nice guy even longer. About a year ago, I was held up a big mirror... Something, or rather someone had to change. The biggest issue I still have is the fawning.. people pleasing.
