Why offer positioning is important when trying to get ai agency clients
As someone who’s been using cold email to get AI automation clients for a while now. The one thing I realised pretty quickly is that people don’t really care about your service. Instead what they actually care about is their problem. I used to position my AI automation offer around what it did, how it worked, the features, etc. But even though everything sounded ā€œgoodā€, replies were still inconsistent because the messaging didn’t feel relevant to the person reading it. Once I started positioning the offer around problems the client already cared about, everything changed. The conversations felt more natural and people instantly understood the value. So I put together a quick breakdown of how I approach offer positioning now, so you don’t end up sending offers people don’t immediately connect with. Here is the breakdown, hope it helps!

@Melody Villa your welcome
Anyone here does cold email?
When getting AI automation clients via cold email, I feel like a lot of people blame their copy when things aren’t working. But a lot of the time it’s what happens after they read your email. Most people don’t realise that a big % of B2B buyers will check your LinkedIn after you reach out. I used to just focus on sending emails and not really think about my profile. Everything looked fine on the surface, but when people clicked through, there wasn’t much there to build trust, so replies stayed low. Once I actually started treating LinkedIn as part of the process and cleaned up my profile, everything improved. More replies, better conversations, and it felt way easier to convert interest into calls. I put together a quick breakdown of how I optimise LinkedIn for cold email now, mostly from the mistakes I made early on so you don’t end up losing replies from people who were already interested. Here's the guide, hope it helps!
These 2 things transformed my cold email reply rate
When it comes to signing AI Automation clients via cold email I feel like most people struggle with it not because it ā€œdoesn’t workā€ but because they overlook 2 simple things: - Who they’re reaching out to - And what they’re actually offering I used to focus way more on the email itself, but if your list is off or your offer is too big / unclear, it doesn’t really matter how good your message is. Once I fixed those 2, everything else got easier: replies, conversations, booked calls. So I put together 2 simple guides breaking down how I approach both: • List Building Guide • Micro Offer Playbook Hope they help and let me know if you have any questions!

Free cold email guides to sign ai automation clients
When I started my AI automations agency back in June 2025, I did what most of you are probably doing right now (Cold Email). I went from only booking like 2/3 meetings from cold email in 3 months to booking 15 meetings each week and finally signing my first client. I know some of you in here are probably in that same position I was in right now. So i put together 6 guides you can use to start succeeding with cold email and booking qualified meetings every day just like I did: • The Cold Email Infrastructure & Setup Guide • How to Plan a Cold Email Campaign That Actually Gets Replies • Lead List Building Guide • Micro Offer Playbook • The Personalisation & Research Playbook • The 16% Reply Rate Cold Email Structure Hope they help and let me know if you have any questions.

This cold email structure got me a 16% reply rate
When getting AI automation clients via cold email, I feel like a lot of people blame their copy when things aren’t working. But a lot of the time… it’s how the email actually comes across. I used to rely on templates or write emails that sounded ā€œrightā€ in my head, but they were either too generic or too focused on me. Even though the emails looked fine on the surface, they just didn’t get replies. Once I shifted how the emails actually read (simpler, more natural, more focused on them) everything improved. More replies, better conversations, and it didn’t feel forced. I put together a quick breakdown of the structure I use now to get a 16% reply rate in my cold email campaigns, so you don’t end up sending emails that sound decent but get ignored anyway. You can access the breakdown here, hope it helps!
