I am currently building out a restaurant AI voice agent and am running into a few issues and was looking for some guidance:
How do I make the voice of the agent assigned to my workflow the same across conversation nodes: I feel as tho the way the agent responds across the different nodes is slightly different even tho the general voice is the same.
Currently, the menu associated with restaurant is in the global prompt, is this ok even tho some recommend it to be in the document section? I have better success when it is in the global prompt
Does anyone have any kind of resources on debugging and analyzing the data behind call and why they are successful/not successful. I have tried YouTube but have not found anything solid
