My client has tried multiple times to invite me to their Retail AI workspace (VoiceAgent). We have attempted the following: - Tried multiple email addresses - Cleared cookies and cache - Used incognito mode - Tried on another device (laptop instead of PC) - Created a second workspace and sent an invitation there In all cases, I am unable to accept the invitation or access the account. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you in advance!

Hey everyone, I am currently building out a restaurant AI voice agent and am running into a few issues and was looking for some guidance: 1. How do I make the voice of the agent assigned to my workflow the same across conversation nodes: I feel as tho the way the agent responds across the different nodes is slightly different even tho the general voice is the same. 2. Currently, the menu associated with restaurant is in the global prompt, is this ok even tho some recommend it to be in the document section? I have better success when it is in the global prompt 3. Does anyone have any kind of resources on debugging and analyzing the data behind call and why they are successful/not successful. I have tried YouTube but have not found anything solid Thanks for any feedback

Hey everyone, I am currently trying to build a tool which will act like a front desk server answer incoming calls, placing orders for pickup, aswell as booking them for time slots for dine in. I also need it to somehow connect with their already existing POS system. For example, customer calls and places an order, that order gets put through their POS system. Does anyone know how this can be done, any resources or recommendations as I am building this out for a friend. Thanks so much!!
