We’re Hiring: Senior & Junior Developers in AI Automations, Chatbots, Voice Agents, and AI Agents
Are you a problem-solver with expertise in AI automations, chatbots, and voice agents? Do you have a strong portfolio and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results?
If so, this is an opportunity to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects with a growing client base and the potential for long-term collaboration.
I’m currently seeking both senior and junior developers to join my team:
• Senior Developers: Highly experienced professionals with a proven track record in the AAA space. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, execute complex tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Junior Developers: Enthusiastic individuals with foundational knowledge and the willingness to grow.
While minimal experience is acceptable, a strong eagerness to learn and contribute is essential.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement AI chatbots, AI automations, and AI voice agents for diverse client needs.
• Build scalable, intelligent solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative features and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in AI and automation.
• Communicate effectively during meetings to align with client expectations and provide status updates.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Experience with AI platforms, tools, and frameworks such as Make.com,Bland AI, Voiceflow,, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI, automation, and conversational agents.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and automation workflows.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal, as client interactions are a key part of the role.
Experience:
• For Senior Developers: Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality AAA solutions, with examples in your portfolio.
• For Junior Developers: A foundational understanding of AI automation, chatbots, or voice agents, with a desire to grow and develop in the field.
