@Brendan Jowett Hii!! More like a Client Success Manager (sorry for the confusion) they can aks for project updates, request files, or just check in. Or also get them to update something in the proj management tool. Instead of you (or your team) manually answering every message, the AI pulls real-time info from ClickUp (for project updates), Google Drive (for documents), and even a vector database (so it remembers past conversations and client details). Also is it possible if you can jump in their conversation anytimee?? Or escalates when the client is angry, Something like thatt.

Need Help Connecting Calls in Retell AI (Not Twilio Method)
Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out how to connect callers to an existing phone number in Retell AI without using Twilio. Is this possible? If so, could someone walk me through the process or point me to a video tutorial? Also, if anyone here uses Retell AI, let's connect! I'd love to exchange tips and learn from each other. Pricing???
Hello everyone! I just have a few questions. Is anyone here selling AI voice agents? If so, could you share your pricing structure and how it works? For example, if you have a client who wants an AI voice caller, how do you typically set it up? Do you create a separate account for that client and house the AI voice caller on their systems? Or do you manage it on your end, build the AI voice caller in your account, and then handle the billing with the client on a monthly basis? Also, do you charge based on usage, like a pay-as-you-go model for every interaction the AI completes? Or do you have a different payment setup? Id really appreciate it if you could explain how everything works. Thanks so much!๐Ÿ˜Š

@Sal Carrow thank you this is really helpful, but do you make them pay for the minutes they use (i.e 2000mins per month) separately from the monthly upkeep fee. or this upkeep fee already includes the minutes you have to pay the software.
