AI Voice Caller

Im building a caller via Retell and everything is working as expected. But the only issue i have is the client im making it for thinks it sounds robotic and the delay in response. Iv tried diffeent voices and got the latency down as much as i can. So guess its limited to the current tech. So how do you approach clients like this that have expectations. The main pain points with these callers are the sound of voice and delays.
