What to wear?

It's Valentine's and we're spending the night with another couple, going to a rodeo. After several weeks of really cold weather, the temps have very much risen. When we head out, it will be low 70s and will be mid 60s by the time we return. I'm trying to decide what to wear, keeping the weather and the event in mind. What's your pick?
