Testing this gem tonight— one of my Black Friday DecantX purchases. WOW! I’m telling you, there’s a Benedictine monastery in the Hudson Valley that uses the sweetest, smoothest, most comforting frankincense-based incense. This takes me right there. So good. Prominent. Yes, I get all the woods too. I’m only about 30-40 mins as I type this but was too excited not to share a first impression. As it’s drying it’s getting, well, drier. The oak is emerging more strongly. Projection is strong for me. I was afraid it would flop like some Tfs do. And based on mediocre YouTube reviews. Doesn’t seem to be super well-liked. But if this lasts all evening, it’s FB must-have for me. UNLESS y’all can school me on a better must-have frankincense option. Actually this reminds me of Heeley Cardinal too. It’s been a while since I tested that but projection was way too intimate for my taste. This is better!
