Lorenzo Pazzaglia Carbonara is a pepper bomb, but settles into the mid and dry down. Opens up very black pepper, little coconut oil, touch resinous and smokey. As the frag hits the mid to dry down, it looses the smokiness, gets slightly sugary and boosie with a nice vanilla and amber base.
This can be pulled off in spring and fall, great for evenings or anything under 80F. Home run in my book. Serioulsy, when i saw the name of it, didn't know anything about it, I was expecting pasta sauce🤣
