Oud Silk Mood by Maison Francis Kurkdjian review

#sotd... Oud Silk Mood by Maison Francis Kurkdjian... This is an floral woody fragrance that is great for the colder temperatures. For me, this fragrance is unusual because I am not big on floral notes especially rose and oud. But for some reason, the two works really well together. The both mellow the other one out. Although Oud Silk Mood is heavier on the floral aspect than the oud, this is a very smooth fragrance and long lasting. Excellent overall performance. Good projection. I really enjoyed the dry down more than anything on this. I got over 10 hours of wear on my skin. I am giving this a high score of 9.5 out of 10 even though it is not something I know I am going to reach for much. I can not deny a smooth well blended fragrance with outstanding overall performance.
