Today we stopped at the Palma de Mayorca (Manacor Island), Spain port. I came across with Perfumería Tin Tin and I found another historic and iconic fragrance that I don’t remember seeing anywhere around I live. I tried it at the store and it’s pretty good. The bottle used to come as a splash, but now they are coming with an atomizer. People compare it with Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, however, 4711 came hundreds of years before. It’s not a long lasting fragrance but it’s great for after shower Netflix and chill. It’s also worth to have it as a piece of history in my collection. I only paid €19.90 for it.

4711 Original Eau de Cologne - “In 1792, the house in Cologne's Glockengasse became the headquarters of the company's founder, Wilhelm Muelhens, and the birthplace of 4711. According to legend, Muelhens received the recipe for an "Aqua Mirabilis" from a Carthusian monk friend as a wedding gift and then built a fragrance factory in the Glockengasse. In doing so, Muehlens not only created a unique fragrance composition, but also a milestone in fragrance creation.”
