Twenty mile bike ride in chilly drizzle this morning, and applied this straight out of of a restorative hot shower - absolutely perfect!
Clean, fresh, with a distinct smokiness on the dry down.
This is something that could be categorised as somewhat old-school, but in no way is antiquated or lacking in complexity - rather its subtle, sophisticated and engaging - the sage and pink pepper notes are high quality and easily distinguishable.
Very glad I picked this one up as a random sample, will certainly be on the look out for a good deal on it!
