Cherry Punk vs Punked by Cherries

Side by side of Room 1015 - Cherry Punk and Dua's Punked by Cherries.

Opening: Room 1015 opens up by the Cherry more forward, get a strong hint of Luden Cherry cough drops with a hint of leather. Dua is at bit more leathery and a very quick sniff of petrol, which is only like the first few seconds and the cherry is very present, sometimes saffron gives that flash of petrol to my nose.

Mid: after about 5 minutes, the cherry fades on the Room 1015 and the 2 house fall in line, neck and neck as far as scent profile goes. Both pickup a very subtle floral note. Projection goes to Dua, I feel like it is a touch deeper and pushes out just a tad more, Dua is Extrait de Parfum vs Eau de Parfum with Room 1015 so the oils concentration explains that.

Dry down: at this point, they are basically the same, except with Room 1015 has a animalic/barnyard touch, only if I put my nose into it, few inches away and it's gone. Both pickup a subtle earthy patchouli and Tonka.

I would say Dua got about 90% there if you put your nose to it, in the air, you can't tell.

If you like cherries and leather, this is your jam. To me they are both winners.
