In the class room, I have a course "Eat Like Your Coach". The first section there is great for understanding weekly calories. So many people focus on the daily. Which is great. As long as you are consistent and track EVERY DAY. Weekly totals help you truly understand where you are messing up or missing the mark. Because your body doesn't change daily, but it CAN change weekly. If you are 3500 calories in a deficit at the end of the week, that is 1 pound of body fat gone. Which is a great starting point for many of you to trim the fat. If you need help figuring out your macros, calories or anything of that nature, UTILIZE ME. Go to the gym, post a win this week and get the fuck after it.

Workout For Me...
This back injury has turned into a swollen oblique... This shit is for the birds because ANY bracing or stabilizing hurts and seems to reset me back to the previous day. So I'm taking my medicine, aka not doing shit until this heals. So please workout for me. I haven't had a true lifting session in almost a month now. This is actually fucking with me mentally so I am going to do my best to be useful and fill the classroom up with what I believe to be true in the fitness world. So if you have any questions for me to answer, topics to cover or anything, I'll film and write it out. Good thing the World Cup starts today... Least I have great background noise.
