Nutrition Advice
In the class room, I have a course "Eat Like Your Coach".
The first section there is great for understanding weekly calories.
So many people focus on the daily. Which is great. As long as you are consistent and track EVERY DAY.
Weekly totals help you truly understand where you are messing up or missing the mark.
Because your body doesn't change daily, but it CAN change weekly.
If you are 3500 calories in a deficit at the end of the week, that is 1 pound of body fat gone. Which is a great starting point for many of you to trim the fat.
If you need help figuring out your macros, calories or anything of that nature, UTILIZE ME.
Go to the gym, post a win this week and get the fuck after it.
