Not doing well
Hi Sue Anne,
No, I am not doing well in this heat , I am now 194 and just mom is making it harder she keeps getting bladder infections and doesn't listen to anything that I say. I also can't exercise because of this heat , I am so sick of it.I am very out of breath today with my asthma.I am just so frustrated with my weight and with me in general , I hate being so overweight that I am also tempted to try the ozempic but I know that doesn't help with my overall . I am sorry to burden you with my troubles.
