If you’re feeling run down, overstimulated, or stuck in go-mode, this free virtual Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra workshop is for you. We’ll focus on deep rest to support better sleep, stress relief, and nervous system recovery, so you can feel more grounded and clear afterward. We will start with gentle yoga, supported by stretches, followed by Yoga Nidra.
