Top agent tells the story of how a seller is FORCED to sell 154 units -
As I listen - Ask Questions - collect the information I need to solve the problem....a huge one
I ask what a win is for the seller - "get me out of this" is the answer
Helping them do that - is a 7.5MM payday and 500K a year passive income -
in less than 20 hours work TOTAL to set up ...
TWENTY - 2.... zero - TOPS
So... Pick your poison
Keep doing what you have been doin...

Learn the skills that make you millions - skills that solve problems even top agents have no idea how to solve....
And WHEN you solve one.... ya think there are more behind it?
Stop chasing cash, have the right deals chase you - by upping your game. or not
