Big money surprise or $1M/yr ongoing? Yes, please. I'd like one of each! It's a good start. ; - ) When I'm Financially Free, I won't make the mistake of listening to advice from "Expert" wannabes that don't actually have REAL LIFE experience and proven successes in that area. Talk is cheap, but doesn't necessarily yield results. Price point doesn't always correlate to better advice.

Typical banks and realtors are paid to close standard deals by filling out checklists and putting everyone in the same box. They don't care what happens to the seller after it closes because they already got paid. Marco (and eventually us as we learn) gets paid well for thinking outside the box to create non-traditional deals after determining what each party really needs, not just what they say they want, creating Win-Win-Win-Win deals for the Seller, bank, realtor and buyer. Creativity and Negotiation skills make a huge difference in your pay check.
