I have been working in the private healthcare sector for almost 30 years. Over these years, I have learned one very important lesson — people don’t come only for a service. People come where they feel understood. In our practice, it often happens that when clients visit us, they don’t want to leave. They stay for hours, talk, relax, and feel safe. Every time I see that, I am reminded that trust cannot be bought — it must be built. But this didn’t happen by accident. We live in a time when many people have been disappointed by scams and poor services. Because of that, many people are cautious, sometimes even afraid of who they can trust. On today’s #BelieveWalk, I was reminded about the importance of visualizing your success before it happens.

This morning I went to bring the recycling bin outside. It was - 11C outside but instead of coming back inside and do my exercises, I was pulled to do them outside. I ran and jumpingjacked around the block. Ran high knees and did 200 jumping jacks. At the end, in my driveway, did 25 burpees on the snow. What a way to kickstart a new day and who knows... a new habit that makes me appreciate winter more. Get out of your head, into your body to embody your vibrand magnetic self my people! What's the craziest weather you've overcame during those walks!? I wanna know.

This morning i hit the gym as always. Habit that I love the most. Dont know the reason but alweys loved good training, even before the injury, I loved ny powerlifting trainings. Pushing hard.
