Turning Your Hobby Into a Career
Keeping your passion as just a hobby is a waste of your potential because you risk waking up with regret. Walt Disney started drawing cartoons for fun, but he turned those doodles into an empire because he had the courage to go all in. I did the same thing with salsa dancing. I started as an awkward guy with two left feet, but I loved it so much that I eventually bought the studio. You have to stop treating your passion like a cute side interest. Alicia Schaefer went from crafting in her kitchen to being a top seller on Etsy because she decided to treat her art like a real business. You also need to start before you feel ready. I missed out on a 40 million dollar deal for my software company because I was stuck trying to make everything perfect. Get all the PDF summaries here: https://www.skool.com/believenation/classroom

Also love the honesty about missing the deal, perfection really does sneak in wearing a productivity costume. Starting before you feel ready is usually the real turning point.

@Kim Ivy Busa So true, regret usually comes from the chances we didn’t take, not the ones we did. Acting on your passion, even in small steps, keeps you moving forward instead of wondering “what if.”
Adaptive Mindset
Change is the only constant in leadership. What matters most is how we respond when things shift. That response can either keep us stuck or help us grow. So I am curious. When things change, do you usually lean on what has always worked for you, or do you like to try new approaches? What has helped you navigate change better lately?

Love this perspective, adaptability really is the quiet superpower in leadership. Growth usually lives right outside the “this is how we’ve always done it” zone.

What’s helped me most with change is staying curious instead of defensive. When you treat shifts like data instead of threats, better decisions show up fast.
Mindfulness & Presence
Today’s #BelieveWalk wasn’t just about moving my body, it was about noticing the little things around me: the sunlight through the trees, the rhythm of my steps, the calm in my mind. Walking is a chance to reconnect with yourself, even for a few minutes. How’s your walk going today? Feel free to share or post it in the community, your steps could inspire someone today!

Love this, those tiny moments hit different when you actually slow down enough to notice them.

This is such a good reminder that a walk isn’t just exercise, it’s a reset button for the mind too.
Feb 11 #BelieveWalk
On this morning‘s #BelieveWalk I was reminded to start before you’re ready. Do not wait for perfect conditions. Launch right now and adjust as you go.

Love this, momentum beats perfection every time. Starting messy is still starting.

Such a good reminder. Clarity comes from action, not waiting. Just move and refine on the way.
Checking In on the Journey
On today’s #BelieveWalk, I was reminded that this challenge isn’t about speed, it’s about commitment to yourself. How’s everyone doing so far? If you’ve been walking, I’d love to hear how it feels. If you’re thinking of joining, today is a perfect day to begin.
