I have been working in the private healthcare sector for almost 30 years. Over these years, I have learned one very important lesson — people don’t come only for a service. People come where they feel understood.
In our practice, it often happens that when clients visit us, they don’t want to leave. They stay for hours, talk, relax, and feel safe. Every time I see that, I am reminded that trust cannot be bought — it must be built.
But this didn’t happen by accident.
We live in a time when many people have been disappointed by scams and poor services. Because of that, many people are cautious, sometimes even afraid of who they can trust.
That is why at Orto SHOES we chose to work with complete transparency.
When someone contacts us:
• It is always clear who I am, how I look, and where I come from.
• My social media profiles are open and authentic.
• I am always available via phone or messaging and I do my best to respond quickly.
• I answer every question honestly and openly.
I don’t do this only as a business strategy. I do it because I truly care about people. Empathy is the foundation of my work.
Yes, we charge for our services. But in our practice, there are no “bosses.” There are partnerships. The client receives professional service and a solution to their problem, and we receive fair value for our work and expertise. When we give our word or a price — we stand behind it.
I believe that when our “Yes” is Yes and our “No” is No — everyone wins.
I share this with deep respect for Believe Nation. I am not judging — only sharing a reflection. I believe that trust, both in business and in spiritual communities, grows when we are willing to be authentic and open.
When we are brave enough to show who we truly are, we don’t just build businesses — we build real relationships, partnerships, and community.😇🫂❤️🔥💪😊🤗
