Doing a 200 Day Series Documenting Move to Fiji

I’m doing a series documenting the journey of a trailing spouse. My goal is to increase visibility of my brand and grow my YouTube to at least 1,000 subscribers.
If I were to make daily content (60 second shorts) + long-form, what length long form is the best for search results and exposure to new audiences?
My target market are trailing spouses.
I help them rediscover their purpose, build a new identity, and start a portable career.
