TAP INTO YOUR FEMININE ENERGY
It's time to reconnect with your body.... Whether it's laying down under a tree, doing yoga, or walking in a park solo, you must prioritize time for yourself, and tap into your own energy inside of your body. Pay close attention to things that may be considered distractions, and if you have several of them in your life, it is time to re-organize and PURGE THEM OUT! Let's focus on slowing down a bit, stop rushing when you really don't have to rush, eliminate the distractions in time, not all at once. This will help you to become more present with yourself in life's moments, when you need to be present and not distracted.
