Focus on the positive parts of yourself when you are feeling down, and realize the great and amazing aspects of yourself.. Stop the negative thoughts or words being spoken, and they will eventually phase themselves out. This should be made a priority as you grow, and through reinforcements each time, you will learn to build a positive self-image of yourself going forward. Stop talking about the weight that you've gained, and share something positive about your diet and the new changes that you've made. Continue to recognize them daily, and even integrate some quiet meditation if necessary. I hope this will make a big change in your life..
