Hello, I met Dominic when I started my weight lifting journey 2 years ago. Lost 35 lbs and gained a whole new appreciation for what my body can do with the right food and weights. Looking for some accountability with sticking to two workouts a week and lose the 5 lbs that have crept up over the last few months.

My name is Nicole. I met Dom almost a year and a half ago. I wanted to tone my body and gain strength. I’ve seen amazing changes so I’m so grateful but lately I’ve gained a few pounds and I am wanting to lose them plus some more. I struggle with consistency, eating enough protein and lowering calories. I also struggle with being active a lot of the time. I would love to feel more motivated. Thanks Dominic for putting this together!

My name is Dominic (it would be wild if you didn’t know that lol). My main obstacles are eating in smaller portions and limiting my ice cream intake. If you know me you know that food excites me hahaha. I’m going to Belize in the spring so finally enough motivation to lose some weight. My goal is to lose 15lbs my the end of March and keep all my muscle mass 💪🏽. I also have a goal of improving my gymnastics so keeping up with it at least twice a week is another goal for me.
