Insane week! - sorry for ghosting!
Or should I say weeks!! The past 2 weeks have been crazy stressful at work. My “escape” has been my gym sessions. Been listening to metal Disney songs lol. I’ve managed to stay focused and on track with food and macros. I used today to prep for next week since I’m working up until Xmas eve. I’m doing 5 lower calories days and 2 higher calorie days. In those 2 higher calorie days, I’m not tracking all the macros just making sure to hit my protein goal. I cannot believe I am down 15 pounds!! Hard work and consistency has paid off. Progress over perfection. We got this y’all!! 💪🏼
